Individuals with a concern about how their personal information is collected, used or disclosed, who do not feel they are able to resolve their concerns with a public body and/or private sector organization are generally re-directed to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner (OIPC) for assistance. The Information and Privacy Commissioner is the regulator for provincial privacy legislation.
