Strategic Initiatives Branch

The Strategic Initiatives Branch is responsible for managing partner engagement strategies and supporting the creation and implementation of enterprise strategic initiatives which are important components of the Information Management and Information Technology (IM/IT) plan. Strategic Initiatives is responsible for developing and implementing analysis and consultation with respect to the engagement of the broader public sector stakeholders which support the IM/IT plan and strategic objectives of the OCIO.
