Integrated Case Management (ICM) Project


The Integrated Case Management (ICM) project provides leadership and works collaboratively with the Ministry of Children and Family Development and the Ministry of Housing and Social Development to procure an ICM system that will provide better tools, simplified businesses processes and enable staff to spend more time on direct delivery of services. The ICM system will support a service delivery model that is more centred around clients and their needs and support the overall Social Sector Integrated Information Model vision of information sharing across the social sector.
