Corporate Operations and Finance

The Corporate Operations group is the liaison with the ministry and other government organizations and agencies for service and business reporting, issues management and information coordination and includes executive support services to the Chief Information Officer.

This group also provides the financial functions of governance, system and controls, planning, budgeting, reporting, transaction processing adn analysis, for the 16 branches within the OCIO.
